Two bedroom condo 1 (king size bed) 1 queen size bed. Two bathrooms located on the third floor with breathtaking views of the beach and famous sunsets.

You can fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the shore .

The condo is completely furnished with 24 hour security a fully equip kitchen, air conditioning and fans throughout the condo, a Smart TV (if you have a fire stick please bring it).

We have wireless Internet and boosters throughout the condo. Come sit on our beautiful private balcony have your morning coffee or dinner and enjoy the ocean views and our famous sunsets.

We have a heated pool and hot tub and a gym with state of the art equipment.

Also a water purification system you can safely drink water from faucets and make ice in the refrigerator and it is regularly maintained.

We have safes in both bedrooms. Lovely bedding, sheets , towels and beach towels will be provided.

We also have 4 chairs and an umbrella that you can take down to the beach with a private access gate to the beach We are a 2 minute walk into town.

San Pancho is very quaint and colorful you can walk everywhere. Most streets are lined with cobblestones. San Pancho is a picturesque little town, very laid back.

I call it the town of music. It’s playing everywhere. In Season you have the Artesian market located across the street which is open every Tuesday from 10:00-2:00 you can’t miss it.

We have grocery stores, produce markets, liquor stores including a fish market and meat market. San Pancho has an annual Art Festival, The La Patron Polo and Equestrian Club is a must see.

The restaurants in town are amazing, no one is ever in a rush. Our location is right on the beach you can sit on the lounge chairs and be served by Edwin and Raffa.

It all depends on you and what you like to do.

Many tours are provided, you can take surfing lessons or stroll on the beach

We are located 15 minutes from both Sayulita and Lo de Marcos. You are 45 minutes away from the airport.

Everything is within walking distance and cabs are very easy to find. This property is a smoke-free property. Courtesy and Condo rules are in effect and will be provided at check in. Come and enjoy the San Pancho experience you will not be disappointed.
