You can relax and have your coffee walking along the beach or take a swim in the pool after enjoying the natural beauty of the sea.

Inside the condo you will find a ping pong table to enjoy your free time or use the fully equipped gym and then relax in the Jacuzzi.

Here you practically don’t need to use your car since you can walk through the cobblestone streets and enjoy the harmony of San Pancho, we are located less than 100 meters from the main avenue Tercer Mundo where you will find the best restaurants and bars.

The Plaza del Sol is located only 50 meters away where you can enjoy the craft market every Tuesday in high season, or take dance classes, yoga and even African drums, all these activities are performed by people who live in the community and are voluntary contribution.
