Water Purification System

The condo has a water purification system, you can safely drink from any tap in our condo.

We are on the second level in front of the pool, this condo has elevator and access for people with reduced mobility.

Located in a new condominium with direct access to the beach and 24 hour security.

You can relax and have your coffee walking along the beach or take a dip in the pool after enjoying the natural beauty of the sea.

Inside the condo you will find a ping pong table to enjoy your free time or use the fully equipped gym and then relax in the Jacuzzi.

You practically don’t need to use your car since you can walk through the cobblestone streets and enjoy the harmony of San Pancho, we are located less than 100 meters from the main avenue Tercer Mundo where you will find the best restaurants and bars.

The Plaza del Sol is located only 50 meters away where you can enjoy the craft market every Tuesday in high season, or take dance classes, yoga and even African drums, all these activities are performed by people who live in the community and are voluntary contribution.

San Pancho has it all, in this wonderful town surrounded by tropical jungle you can play golf, watch polo matches on weekends at La Patrona Beach Club, theater shows at La bodega Teatro and or help the community at the Entre Amigos Community Center.
